I had some friends over the other night for a BBQ and beersssshhh ... we had some tuktu(caribou) and fresh arctic Char ...

Tuktu(caribou) was marinaded/mixed up with Diana's Honey garlic sauce, A1 Steaksauce, redhot sauce, Mrs Dash spice, Montreal steak spice, season salt, BBQed quite nicely ...

Arctic Char was put in tinfoil and had season salt and Mrs Dash spice and slice lemon's on it ... BBQed fish was gooooood ...
