Another question for those more knowledgeable.
I myself have both my PAL and CORE, so I've never had to know how this works.
A family member wants to bow hunt in BC. Her town only holds CORE courses and the next PAL course isn't until next year. Can a BC resident get her CORE without a valid PAL? She would only be bow hunting, however I vaguely remember someone saying that the CORE in BC would not be granted to people without PAL's.
Any help on the subject would be great.
(She will be getting her PAL and RPAL next year, she just wants to hunt this year
