BC hunters.

you may be able to have your Father in Law apply for a "Liscence to accompany" I don't know if this is allowed for inlaws. It basically gives your Father in law the once yearly opportunity to hunt with an out of province family member. If not you need the services of a liscenced guide($)

And it rains all the time, and everything is too expensive, and the weather is either too hot or too cold, and....

Anybody buyin' this?

<sigh> Didn't think so....

Hey Pharoh, I think you are buggered on the moose, unless there is a spike/fork season still. The deer hunting can be good/poor depending on when and where. For a while there were quite a few elk SW of PG. I am not sure exactly where, but I would assume along the river breaks and adjoining ridges. Just a thought.

you can get the permit no problem, its about 45 bucks if I remember corectly (been afew years since we did one) the downfall is the price of tags and licence you will have to pay, its rediculous, as well you may not hunt any species were there is a LEH season in that certain area for that species, deer and black bear are easy to get tags for moose can be tricky due to the regs, its probaly best to call the ministry and give them region numbers and sub region numbers were you want to hunt , they will be able to tell you exactly what you can and cannot hunt.
