The good news is none, the outfitter takes care of all your paperwork for you. You must hunt with an outfitter to hunt in BC, or have a resident who is friend or family (can't pay) apply for a permit to accompany. There again the onus is on them to do the paperwork and meet the requirements. I'm an outfitter and specialize in goats and grizzlies feel free to ask any questions I can help with.
You need a BC resident to apply for a "Permit to Accompany", it takes at least a month and there obviously needs to be an open season as non-residents cannot apply for LEH.
