Dear Fellow Hunter:

You are invited to attend one of two important meetings to launch new chapters of Safari Club International – Canada, in British Columbia. One next Monday, September 13th 2010, at the River Inn in Ashcroft, B.C.; and the other on Wednesday, September 15th 2010, at the Executive Hotel in Burnaby.

The goal is to form two strong chapters that will serve the interests of the hunting community in BC. We will choose boards to manage the chapters; share information about the activities of SCI-Canada; and maybe even win some very attractive prizes too! Everyone in attendance will have a chance to win a prize. Existing members who bring a new member will have additional chances. At each meeting, first prize will be a Tikka T3-338 Federal Blued Synthetic rifle; second prize, a Burris Optics Package that includes 3X9 Burris Fullfield rifle scope and 10X32 Burris Binoculars; and third prize, a Stoeger Air Rifle X5 Package!

These vital meetings will take place:
-in Ashcroft at the Ashcroft River Inn located at 50 – 1st Street, Ashcroft, British Columbia, V0K 1A0, and will begin at 7:00 pm. on Monday, September 13th , 2010; and
-in Burnaby at the Executive Hotel located at 4201 Lougheed Highway, Burnaby, British Columbia, V5C 3Y6, and will begin at 7:00 pm. on Wednesday, September 15th , 2010.

By promoting wildlife conservation and by giving back to the community in compassionate ways, SCI members enjoy even greater rewards from our hunting experiences, as we remain constantly vigilant to preserve our hunting heritage. We must be well organized to guard against those who would put an end to hunting. SCI-Canada now has eleven chapters and the strongest membership growth in the organization. With your help, there will be thirteen Canadian chapters after next week! Major conservation, education and humanitarian projects are currently underway from the international through to local levels.

Please feel free to send me any questions or comments you may have.

If you love to hunt, and you want your children and grandchildren to be able to enjoy our passion too, you cannot miss this important event. And you are encouraged to also bring friends who may be interested. Dare to be an active part of this renowned international hunters’ organization to support wildlife conservation, educational programs and humanitarian projects, and thereby ensure the future of our hunting heritage. To find out more about SCI-Canada, please go to our web site: www.sci-canada.ca See you in Ashcroft and / or Burnaby next week!
