BC Tactical Scout Mount for CZ858 - Red Dot Options

I want to be able to use this scout mount to affix a red dot optic that can be positioned on the mount such that it (a) does not need to be removed to take off the upper hand guard for cleaning, and (b) does not interfere with the ejection of spent casings. I am somewhat partial to the Vortex Sparc, but Mambo mentions that it may not meet both criteria (a) and (b)...see thread

Does anyone have any opinions as to the best options, or better yet, experience? I'm trying to keep options under $300.
