BC Tactical Scout Mount VS Rear Peep Sight

Both products sold online at Hical..

Wanted to know if I would lose my irons with the BC Tactical Scount mount and would also like to know if anyone has any experience using the rear peep sight.

IIRC you wont loose them, but you will not be able to use them

The rear sight leaf is removed in order to mount the bctactical scout mount, so yeah you'll lose the ability to have stock irons.

I was thinking the hand guard for some reason

I wasn't a fan of the scout mount, I didn't find it locked down that tight. I ended up putting a magwedge kwikrail on and was happy as pie with it.
