Recently I discovered a BC only grown potato, that cannot be imported to the USA. And tastes wonderful steamed:

-Warba potatoes, steamed for about 30 minutes, two pounds of weight
-accompanied by another BC springtime/summer treasure
of fiddleheads, only steamed about ten.minutes less than the warbas

What wonderful BC summer harvest food!

When my Ex was working at the Nursery in Bon Accord, they had around 30 different potatoes in stock, and I am positive Warba was one variety they had, if you want some to grow. Worth checking them out, anyways.
