I want to switch the original collapsible stock on my BCL-102 to a fixed AR style stock. Will the buffer tube and stock work from a standard AR?

You will either need a rifle buffer tube, buffer and sping. Or you can buy the Magpul fixed carbine stocks and use the stuff you have already.

Misread your post. Yes a regular AR buffer tube will work.

If you want to use an A2 butt stock like this:

You will need to switch out BCL's carbine-style buffer tube for a rifle length receiver extension. Also, be warned, the rifle length receiver extension may not capturw the buffer spring retaining pin.

If you go with a Gen 3 Magpul PRS stock, it may fit BCL's factory carbine stype buffer tube, someone else will have to chime in on that one because as I understand it, BCL's carbine style buffer tube is not exactly the same dimensions/shape as a standard mil-spec, or even comm-spec AR carbine buffer tube.

Yep, been there done that. Make sure you get the Mil-Spec PRS because the BCL 102 buffer tube is Mil Spec. You may also have to do a bit of grinding on the rear, square portion of the buffer tube. If the OP wants some pics of where to grind, let me know..
