At the very least I can tell you that's a genuine KAC M110 stock which will run you around 500-600 USD if I recall correct.

Yes, that hat is a real KAC M110 stock he imported himself. The rail is a Armalite Super SASS rail, since SR 25 uses DPMS pattern threads and BCL uses Armalite AR10 treads
