The ones I got from SFRC are steel.

I am on the notify me of restock lists for several sites and SFRC is the only one who has gotten these in, now for the second time. I ordered 4 last time they restocked

Interesting, the C Products distributor must have got a big shipment in. I just emailed Calgary Shooting Centre to see if my backordered ones ($35) have shipped and they said their order is now en route as of yesterday.
