Bcl 102

So, if the older gen sold by sfrc come with all the updated part’s, then I would assume they should after a proper break in and lube job, shoot as well as the mk7. So then the question remains, what are the differences between the two rifles? I have a shotgun for sale a a buyer in the breech, getting close to pulling the trigger.

The Mk7 is the updated version made by the new owners of BCL. It has what I feel is a nicer handguard, comes with a magpul stock and grip, not the Capt Hook stock, has a more normal looking shell deflector, barrel nut threading is "normal" etc.

Is there a serial number range on the Gen 2/3 that might indicate a better build ? Also, is there a Gen 4/5/6?

I’m very interested. As soon as I get a buyer for the Beretta I’m selling I’ll be ordering a mk7 from SFRC. Liberals be dammed..

Okay. Traded for a NIB unfired Gen 3 purchased from SFRC January this year. The buyer hadn’t registered it for warranty yet, but it is under 3 months from purchase date. Thanks for the input. I will continue to scour these forums for tips, tricks, and useful info. Fingers crossed.

Idk if I'd risk getting an older gen 102. They've had many issues and the MK7 really isn't expensive - it's about as cheap as I'd go for a 308 gun (you get what you pay for and all that).

Plus I prefer the look of the MK7, but that's personal preference.

Those dice are rolled...I guess I’ll find out for myself whenever my range opens up or I can get out of town to crown land.
