The Zhukov is mounted with an adapter to a Pic rail on the rear of the receiver, if you take it off you should be able to toss most m1913-mounted stocks on without much of a fight. I've seen guys put the MCX-style stocks on there.
Otherwise, BCL is apparently in the works creating a buffer tube adapter, so you could throw your old AR stocks on it.
That being said, no idea where that would put your face on the rifle, optics-height wise. IMHO, Zhukov puts me in a good spot for a lower 1/3 mount height. With different stock designs, I'd guess your face would end up a bit lower.
