bcl102 gen2 inside diameter handguard

Can someone do me a favor and measure the inside diameter of their GEN2 bcl102 factory handguard please?

Don't have calipers on me but a rough measurement with a ruler would be 42mm.

do you think a diameter on 38 mm will clear?

Looking at it I can't see why not. Not all that knowledgeable on AR's but the gas block has plenty of room in this handguard and can only assume all handguards have the top notch for clearing the top of the gas block and tube, which there is also lots of room in this as well. This is my first AR pattern style rifle.

thanks the reason I ask is that my midwest handguard is 1.5inch inside diameter and I'm wondering if things will fit.
