Bead sight or bead pedestal for 590A1

Where could I get some of these??? I want a nice one, the one on my 590A1 is too low.

I got a 20 inch bbl, but the bead sight on my regular 590 is better.

Gluing an XS big dot over the existing bead would be my choice. Another choice is to buy a taller bead or fibre optic sight that threads into the existing treads.

Not only is it a bit low it's black on black.... not that easy to pick up! A big brass bead would be easier to see.

Where can you buy one? How well does the epoxy hold up?
I've made my own brass beads before for cooeys and the like but I can bring myself to bubba the 590. Lol

I put a size 5-40 Truglo sight on my 14". Could be taller for such a short barrel, but would be perfect on a 18.5" or 20".

I'd waste a lot of slugs with that mentality.

If the point of shooting is to hit something, its better to match the height of the bead with the height of the receiver. If the point is just to make noise and enjoy recoil, then blaze away.

If you're shooting slugs for "accuracy" you're going to need Ghost Rings or lots of practice with the plain bead…..jmho.
