Well,finally got a couple of baits in and then it snowed Friday night and Saturday morning. There's still lots of snow in the bush and I'm really not too optimistic about them being active by opening day. Last year we were already open water fishing for lake trout,this year there's still 3 feet of ice. Anyone out there got baits being hit yet or is it the same everywhere, really late Spring?
