5 lbs trimmed bear meat ground fine
3 lbs grounds pork
2 lbs low salt bacon ground fine
5 cloves garlic [ more or less to taste]
1 box instant turkey dressing mix
1 tblsp of basil, oregano or marjoram depending on taste
1 tblsp kosher salt [ more or less }

Mix well - form in 4 oz patties and enjoy on the bbq. Makes about 40 burgers.
 
We actually just grind bear meat, add garlic, salt, pepper, an egg, crushed crackers and make patties. Spring bear, are fairly lean hamburgers, but very tasty. Used basil lot's with moose, never heard of using the turkey dressing mix, will have to try that instead of crackers for something different.
