here's the recovered bullet with comparison of a new bullet.

the lead bit was found with the bullet in the meat, and fell out once the bullet was removed from the meat.

Gorgeous Bear!
I owned a Yugo in 8x57 at one time and absolutely loved the rifle and cartridge. Traded it a few years back for reasons I can't even remember now. Sure wish I hadn't.
