Sometime I got sicken when I heard those people in the third country using children and I mean kids not even 10 years old and train them to fire a weapon.

I dont think it matters what they have in africa,they will kill and rape.
Look no further than rwanda, where in lieu of AKs or SKSs, they used machetes to slaughter each other.
That said,since they will just kill each other anyway, a couple thousand SKSs wont help them anyways, so they might as well send them our way!!
