Hey guys-wondering if any of you can suggest a gunsmith in the north end of the GTA who does bedding work? Even an amateur/hobbyist looking for practice? Here's the issue...and I've officially earned myself honorary Bubba status.

SO=inexpensive rifle/I've owned 2 of these in the past so feeling a little extra dumb here...but when I bought one of the new ones earlier in the year and stripped it for cleaning, it basically didn't go back into the stock just right. For the action-end to seat where I thought it should/remembered it did, the lug for the forward action screw wouldn't seat. Seems like it was put together under tension because (maybe) that lug was a little too far forward/back. I tried easily 15X/different ways before I had to assume it was out of spec that far.

SO...Dremel time!

Now, I didn't over do it/worked gradually/got it back together....but probably took a little too much material off too. Now, I have it in my head that I'm not feeling the action screws start to tighten-up when they should... Bedding should remedy that...?

In the interest of transparency, I'm a fabricator and train people how to set-up, use and maintain some pretty big production equipment. (CNC, saws, routers, etc.) So, I didn't butcher it. The exact/best path forward at this point isn't clear. Can't see any untouched stocks for this thing for sale. BRNO 2E pattern I think?

These are NOT precision guns, only decently accurate with long...spongy/creepy triggers..so bedding has nothing to do with precision shooting.. Just getting this gun to the point I can assemble/disassemble and know when I snug things up=it's coming to a stop.

Any input guys?

Bedding could, but also could add washers to your screw, or trim your screw. Being now they're too long.
