Bedliner a plastic Norinco M305 stock??

Got my Norinco M305 yesterday love rge gun but found the stock to be a little smooth to my likings. I have bedlinered 2 other firearms as I prefer the textured feel of the stock.

So my question is would you prefer this type of finish and would you do it?

I've done an SKS before and it turned out excellent.

The M305 stock will turn out well. Just remember thin coats and lots of them. It will take awhile (2 weeks) to fully cure, but when it does it will be very hard.
