Beeman R7....information please

I am looking at a newer Beeman R7 .177 (gold trigger adjustment).....Anyone here own own one or any experience with it?

I have been on-line and they rate accurate to 25 yards.
Nothing on loudness?
It is rated a 800 fps but all I seemed to find is 625fps- to 675fps.
Canadian price?

I have held one and the are very nice. Beeman no longer has steel sights on the R7; so what scope do you recommend?

The Beeman R7 is a Weihrauch rifle as are the Beeman R9, R11, R1, RX2 models. These Beemans are made in Germany by Weihrauch and have very similar Weihrauch counterparts. Of course, not all Beemans are made by the German airgun maker. The R7 is very close to the HW 30, with the same power plant but differences in the stock and perhaps barrel length. Beeman air rifles are often priced higher than their Weihrauch opposite numbers.
