So figured here was a good place to put the answer.

Range brass from my Skills and Drills™ nights at Abby are sorted and shaken to get as much debris out as possible. The brass is then run through a preclean in a "clean" media. Once removed from that they are then run through a "cleaner" media to polish them up. They are then ready for loading. Lubing with Hornady One Shot first though. Through the press they go, receiving Federal Small Pistol primers, 3.5 grs of Tightgroup, a ###y 147gr Campro flatpoint and are seated to 1.1 something (short I know) before being crimped by the Lee FCD (the only worthwhile thing they make IMHO). Then off they go into the cleanest tumbler for a final polish and lube removal. At least 30 minutes but I prefer an hour. Once that media starts to take on a bunch of color and my fingers discolor after handling the loaded rounds, I swap my media around. I used to wash and clean my media, but man, that is a lot of work. Instead now the Preclean would be tossed as it should now be near black, and following media gets bumped down one as well. I find more brass than media gives me the bet results. But it is noisier.
