Thank you for your information. I am using a Mossberg 940 Pro 28″ Barrel. Both eyes if possible are better, aimpoint make a red dot for shotgun clay shooting (Acro S-2) but I'd go with as much practice as you can do and then a Shotkam to see where you need help.
What gun are you using-? Don't make a difference just curious.
Thanks, it's true that I rarely see videos of trap shooting using red dots. Both eyes.
The only discipline in which you should use one eye is when looking through a magnified scope.
Take a look at videos of trap shooters. Do you see any of them using red dot sights?

Thanks. I actually started with one eye closed and been suggested by several range members to use both eyes for balanced fields of view and peripheral awareness.Nope you can see better with both eyes but whatever works for use and is comfortable go with it.
