Belgian Browning T-bolt

Just recieved a Browning T-bolt from a friend of my dad's. Its a little rough around the edges such as some surface rust but the bore looks like its brand new, anything I should know about this as far as common issues go?

A bunch of years back, Browning had some wood that was cured with salt. It caused a bunch of issues, mostly severe pitting between the stock wood and the action abd the underside of the barrel.

Other than getting used to a different motion to rack the bolt, I've never heard anyone say anything bad about one, Know of a couple that are never gonna be for sale, either, if that tells you anything.

I was gonna say that you shuld just sell it to me (lol), but Trev has already revealed how scarce these things are.

If you like accurate bolt guns, then you'll love the T-bolt. Mine is still dressed-up with the original 1x bushnell rimfire scope my Grampa put on it when new for my uncle and it still shoots as good as any of the new .22's, and often better. I've shot it for over 15 years and never had any problems and do very little by way of cleaning on it.

I just hope that you got a couple extra mags with yours - the last one I found was 12 years ago and was $75 then!
