Does anyone know who in Canada may carry the Bell and Carlson Medalist Tactical stock for a 700 short action?? I saw a review on snipershide that looked promising on a budget. Not the prettiest looking, but very functional it seems.
 
I am also interested in finding a dealer for these stocks. I have sent an email to Bell and Carlson and waiting for their reply. If I hear anything I will post it.

Just recieved a reply from Bell and Carlson. They said that Wholesale sports is a dealer for their stocks in Canada. Called Wholesale sports and they don't have this particular model in stock but can special order it. Bell and Carlson's email also stated that Brownell's and After Market Innovations(w w w.rifle-accuracy.com) will ship to Canada. Brownell's web site doesn't list the Medalist Varmint/Tactical stock though but After Market Innovations does. You might give them a try.

I was going to pick up a Savage 10FP and put it in one of these stocks but have since decided to buy a Savage 10FP-LE2B with the McMillan stock.

TFUNDER thanks for the info....I also have emailed Bell and Carlson, but no reply yet. I don't suppose you got a price quote on the stock from Wholesale did you?? I will likely contact them and special order it.

No I didn't get a price quote on the stocks. The guy at the guncounter told me that orders from Bell and Carlson can take up to 6 to 8 weeks during their spring or fall rush. A standard black Varmint/Tactical seems to be selling for around $300 US south of the border though.
 
We can bring these stocks in as well or any of the B&C stocks.
