Benelli 80208 14oz mercury reducer

Im thinking of installing a Benelli 80208 14oz mercury reducer in my Bettinsoli X8. I started shooting trap and I can't believe how much fun it is.

I think I'm just entertained by having a bunch of people laugh at me all day, and hearing all the smart a$$ remarks from the Old timers ;) the " Phucking rifle shooter came up lots " hehehehehehe

So where does one acquire the Benelli 80208 ? I googled it and nothing came up.

I might also upgrade the recoil pad is there anything I should look for in particular ?

The Benelli 80208 14oz mercury reducer is for a Benelli Nova I don't think you need the bracket, http://www.benelliusa.com/shop/recoil-reducers/14-oz-mercury-recoil-reducer-bracket-nova
 
I know it's for the nova, I just need the recoil reducer to inlay into my stock. ATRS can no longer get C & H RESEARCH recoil reducers. so this is the next best thing.
