I have one, picked it up earlier this year. A friend picked up the Battue version. Have put about 100 rounds thru it, friend 200 and used at a 2 day marksmanship course.
I really like this rifle. Every time I shoot it I like it more. Its rare that you can buy a rifle that is 'different' with original design and handling characteristics that work. This is not your grandad's deer rifle. Its modern, very ergonomic, excellent handling. The Battue style sights are excellent. The 'Progressive comfort' recoil system, along with the semi auto action, significantly reduces recoil and makes it very comfortable to shoot. Its actually weird how gentle this rifle feels compared to other .308s I have.
It seems capable of some good accuracy (for a fast handling semi). My buddy shot his at 200m and was clanging steel with no issue. I've only shot mine at 50m so far....Cloverleaf 3rd groups.
The takedown system is excellent for cleaning. Once you see how this is engineered, you appreciate it even more. Here's a video:

If you are looking for a semi auto hunter, this is the only one I'd consider. With a 20" barrel, opens sights, no hinged magazine and easy disassembly, is a better choice than the BAR. ITs less expensive than the Sauers and Merkels. Really a great piece of gear.
