New is around $1600 plus tax.

Possibly and another reason is not too much demand for the gun due to its price (at least I think).

Owned H&R Ultra slug hunter and Savage 210F before but not too happy about the finishing finally settled on an A-bolt but looking for a semi for thick stuff and eager to try the new 20ga.
