Benelli M2 Entry? Tiny Wifey

Everyone has the tactical but I can't seem to find or get anyone to import the Entry.
Has the shorter barrel.

My girlfriend is tiny and we live in one of the highest crime rate towns in Alberta/Canada, there has been more than a couple home invasions of mistaken identity...and to boot I work away 2/3 of the time.

So after taking the other important steps such as security door/screws/plate with smart cameras & smart deadbolt followed by a tazer baton flashlight she walks the dog with I feel the last piece of the puzzle is to get a M2 Entry housed in a Hornady RDFI Quick safe.

She's 110lb and 5'4

One of my buddies thinks it's better to have a big heavy short gun to help weigh the recoil down but my thought is making sure she feels confident and comfortable in her hands/ moving around.
In the worst case she will only end up pulling the trigger once anyways.

Of course we will take it to the range and shoot it but that's just for practice and it won't happen often as shes in med school.

Thoughts?
