Actually he is right, you are wrong.

for a semi auto to be non restricted it has to have a 18.5 inch barrel and the over all length must be at least 26 inches and can only hold 5 rounds. for a any pump it just needs to have an over all length of 26 inches dose matter about barrel size. witch is dumb I wanted the 14 inch model but had to get the 18 inch model.
