I've seen them on Numrich's before (us gun site kinda like Brownells) although none currently...
You might have to talk to a big name Benelli importer in Canada and see if they can get one for you, although they're gonna be in the area of 170-180 US, so more likely 190-200 CDN if the importer doesn't cheese you on import costs or anything.

I had one and sold it recently for $250?. It came with my used M4, but the guy said he got it from Buffalo Gun Center. They might have some takeoffs?
