Other than having to deal with Peter Smith @ ext 226 / psmith@stoegercanada.ca , whom sells Benelli parts to consumers? That assclown Peter never called me back after I inquired about 2 tiny parts for my M4. They were sending me a replacement O ring for my new MR1 as a courtesy so I thought I might get a couple bits I needed to bring the gun back to stock after the dealer I bought it from lost the original parts.

When I confronted Smith that he never called me back he didnt apologize or was willing to help me in any way other than speak very condescending to me. My M4 manual doesnt contain part numbers but the item numbers I gave him must have made him very angry and he refused to assist me. The O-ring was shipped out to me last week so now I have to payt shipping. He wouldnt even quote me on a shipping cost other than to say it probably wouldnt be much. I am not satisfied with that as he was too lazy to even bother. I would be really pissed if the shipping wound up costing $20.00 for 2 ting clips that are smaller than a pencil eraser.

My experience with firearms is the industry is full of complete #######s.

I have followed your other threads and I believe you have some unrealistic expectations of firearms in general. You were claiming your rifle had a major issue because it made your hand dirty even though it functioned correctly, then you were angry that nobody at Stoeger Canada answered your inquiries during the holiday season, and now you are upset that you have to pay shipping for parts that are not technically under warranty? I dealt with stoeger Canada once and while it did take a few months for the parts to arrive, it was dealt with in a good manner. If you dealt with stoeger Canada with the same attitude that you have had on here I can see them not going out of their way to be as helpful as they possibly could to you. I say this with no disrespect but I have read your posts and even left advice and you were adamant in your opinion. So I wish you the best of luck getting your parts.

Its no wonder the chinese are taking over all our jobs with the piss poor work ethic and employee demands here in north america. First Stoeger was closed between Christmas and New Years. Then they were closed last Monday for Newyears day and then they were closed last Friday for some God only knows reason.

Stoeger in all there generosity were going to send me a new o ring seal for the front of my brand new Benelli MR1 that is either damaged or not manufactured correctly. They are sending it to me as a "courtesy" according to the warranty dept. How in Gods green earth is that a courtesy when they are fixing there product that there required to do by law?
Second i immediatly got transfered to parts so i could get the 2 little parts i need to restore my M4 shotgun after Del Selin lost the parts when he installed a side saddle for me. I was hoping everything could be shipped together so it wouldnt cost me extra shipping. I suspet you would ghink thats an unreasonable request being the great canadian you are TK from Manitoba!
The parts guy said he would call me back so i took him for his word which he never kept and he himself already shipped out my "courtesy" o ring. He made no appolgy for not returning my call and a good csr would have offered up to ship the parts in a envelope free.

I guess things in your life are pretty fantastic in Manitoba. Dont judge people unless you walk a mile in there shoes.

Your personal insults against me are proof enough that you are a very difficult individual to deal with. If you want good and timely customer service next time, buy from Wolverine supplies here in Manitoba and you will never have to deal with a distributor ever again as they will take care of everything. I hope you take this advice.

I bought my very first and last gun from Wolverine. A T97 flat top that would drop the mag every other shot. Other than providing free shipping back to them they told me they would void the warranty if they worked on it. I figured out what was wrong with the gun myself before I sent it away. The mag release bore was not machined correctly and recoil would drop the mag. After the gun was returned to Wolverine [rather than North Sylva shipping back to me] I asked the sales rep to make sure the gun was fixed. I was assured it was. I got the gun back filthy dirty covered in black soot and the top rail falling off. THe set screw to hold the rail in place had fallen out and there was never any loctite applied to the threads. I complained about the service on here and Mr Grumpy Wolverine treated me like I was a piece of garbage. Wolverine never made any apology to me nor would they admit the gun they sold me was built to lower quality standards that a toy gun, which it was and is.

So if you think calling you a good canadian is a personal insult then you sir are a baby and can dish it out but cant take it.

T97 is a toy gun. Built in China by a 7 year old. I'd expect it to fall apart in my hands. Spend more on quality firearms if you don't want them falling apart in your hands. Or learn how to apply loctite and attach a rail.

Man you sure seem to have alot of issues with guns and gunshops
Maybe an attitude check is in order.
If you talked to wolverine the way you sent emails to me. I'm sure they were on the offensive right away.

I'm surprised your name isnt in Pink by now.
The Stoeger Canada is not a retail outlet and very seldom deals with a retail customer face to face or via emails.
But, Peter did me a solid by sending e a couple of tools that I couldnt get for my Beretta CX Storm(meaning the retailer had no idea where to get them from)
Shipping didnt cost much either.
Maybe you should hold your breath and stomp your feet a little longer the next time you call Peter.
I'll do myself a favor and add you to the list

I have had nothing but great experiences with Stoeger Canada. Once with warranty work on my Benelli M2 and an order for a M4 stock. They can take afew days to respond, but am sure they're very busy and get flooded with emails daily.

Yup.

If everyone around you has a problem, maybe it's not them with the problem :)

In my defense I posted extreme closeup pics of the defective charge handle in the thread which you saw, and waited over the holidays and you never responded at all. I sent you a couple PM before you let me know you shipped me a replacement for which I do thank you.
Peter at Stoeger was also trying to rip me off on the cost of the replacement parts. He quoted me $15.00 each for 2 tiny parts both combined are smaller than a pencil eraser and in an automotive parts store would cost lass than one dollar and the parts guy would likely not even make up an invoice for the item and just say "Take it". I didnt lose the parts either. Del Selin guns in Vernon lost the parts the day I bought the gun. Wheres the customer courtesy in this story? Del Selin dint offer to replace the parts and Stoeger tried to reip me off because I found the parts retail for $7.50 on the internet.

The day my name shows up in pink for speaking the truth is the day I leave and never return. It appears you like to teeter precariously on the edge of having your name in pink. But are you going to tell me that if you already had an order coming from Peter and he was going to make a separate order for your your new parts you would be pleased with the service? I had no selling dealer for any of my Benellis as they are either out of business or dont deserve my business. With brick and mortar stores becoming a thing of the past the online people are going to have to reinvent how they do business because I can easily go online to vent my frustration with a large audience. If I came here and spewed lies about the service I receive then I would deserve a ban. If I come here and tell everyone it only serves to try and make customer service to the levels it should be. I will be the first to praise where its due.
