Benelli M4 Question

Hey All

Quick question. Is the Benelli M4 Super 90 with the 18.5 inch barrel restricted or non-restricted?
(I have an unfired I am selling and while I fanatically keep all my firearm documents, since I can't find any restricted paperwork on it, I just wanted to make sure it was non-restricted.)
