Benelli M4 Scam?

Hey,

Can anybody confirm whether this is a Benelli M4 or a clone (Canuck Operator Elite, Sulun TAC-12 )? I just haven't seen them come with an FDE barrel/stock tube before. Are there any specific components that can be checked on inspection to confirm this? Obviously has an aftermarket Tactical Ordinance receiver installed.

A bit wary as I am currently considering buying this for an M4 Benelli price.

I mean you can ask Casey. I don't think he puts his logo on fakes. But pretty sure the gun is already sold as reverse image searching has no active ads for that gun. Nothing on GP or TP.

Is it possible that the Tactical Ordinance parts are compatible with any of the clones or not?
Yes, but I can't see someone paying to have TacOrd do their most excellent thing to a clone. Will cost more than the clone cost originally. FYI, that wouldn't be a TacOrd receiver, but rather they put their logo onto a Benelli receiver once customized by them. Possible that TacOrd also ceracoated it olive drab.

“Hey,

Bought a Chinese SKS but it's got some Russian on it. Anyone who's experienced with SKSs think it's Russian or is it still a Chinese one?”

WTF happened to the OP here? You aren't supposed to delete the issue once it's been answered, it blocks the learning experience for everyone else.
Most likely deleted out of embarrassment once they realized how foolish the question was. They wanted to know if an M4 Bennelli that had custom work done by TacOrd was fake because the mag tube wasn’t the stock colour.

No, it's a pending transaction, meeting today. Is the guy on CGN? Idk but I ain't taking a chance. He will obviously recognize a 1-to-1 picture of his Benneli

Forgive me for not knowing. If you couldn't tell that this will be my first shotgun, I also thought the Tactical Ordinance was a replacement receiver like the Lynx match lowers for the Canadian AR180s 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I wasn't even alive when you joined this website so I still got lots of time to learn haha

How you gonna know if you couldn’t figure out your “Chinese” sks with Russian “writing”
Know what? That I got a $300 discount on a Chinese (Russian) SKS from a guy that misidentified his Russian SKS as a Chinese one? Go complain to him... Hahaha

Just calm down and try not to stalk random people's profiles. It was the first firearm I had ever purchased. I can read/speak Chinese so I could tell it wasn't Chinese writing. I just didn't know how SKSs worked/manufactured because it was the first firearm I ever owned/shot.

I mean, there is certainly nothing wrong with asking questions. Better to ask a question than be out your hard earned money.

You’re right, I’ve been around a long time and it’s easy to forget that not everyone is as knowledgeable. We all have to start somewhere and you’ve certainly picked a nice shotgun to start with. Particularly if you’re paying used M4 prices on a custom from TacOrd.

Never in the history of calming down, has anyone calmed down, when anyone tells them to just calm down.
