Benelli mr1 barrel threading

Has anyone put a muzzle device on their benelli mr1?
I know the disassembly nut has to come off the end, can you just use a smaller diameter flash hider? Or do you remove it every time you clean the gun?

yes, i had dlask do mine.
took a little length as well but kept it in the non restricted class.
nice work, quick turn around & reasonable cost.
had them put their small diameter linear brake on but the nut will slid over most AR standard type muzzle devices.

Nice, I’d like to see some pics if you can post them.
I would like a birdcage type, or the 3 prong flash hider.
Any recommended gunsmiths in Ottawa area doing this work?
