Just picked up my MR1 with telescopic stock and brought it to the range for the first time. Shoots like a 16 year old at a dirty movie though. I couldn't load the mag fast enough. I have 20 LAR 10 round mags on their way. Yippee
Took it to the range today just with the factory site on it. Who came up with those sites? At 50 yards the front site completely covers a 6 inch target. At 100 yards not a chance. Good luck getting any king of a consistent grouping with them. Worst factory sites I have ever come across.
I need a little advice on sights for it. I like peep sights. A lot faster to dial in on a target quickly when walking through the woods. Never like scopes for hunting. Maybe a red dot would be okay as long as it was easy to quickly focus in on.
Any suggestions?
