Benelli MR1 stock on a M2

Does anyone know if the Benelli Supernova/MR1 telescopic stock will work on a M2???

It does appear to be the same, since the tube is hollow with threads on the inside "like the M2"
 
I don't know, but I'm interested.

I want a comfortech stock on a MR1 which are not available from Benelli in Canada. If they are interchangable that would be great!
 
Well my M2 comes this week " i'll see how the stock swap goes with my supernova 14" tac "

I'll have to swap the return spring gutz into the Supernova tube and then install it on the M2 "fingers crossed"
 
It would work "if I could unscrew the tube off the super nova :(" They must of super glued it on or something. I cant even use heat, as the reciever is plastic.

Well plan B is Urbino stock ;)
