Few questions about this gun and thank you in advance.

It states that it accepts m16 mags so it would accept any ar15 pistol mags correct?

Also would this still be a non-restricted weapon if you were using the 10 round mags? You could theoretically hunt with it?

It will accept and function with the 10 round LAR magazines, no problem.

It is still non-restricted with a 10 round magazine.

If it is legal to hunt with a semi-auto in your province and the regs allow the use of .223 Rem on the game you intend to hunt, you are good to go.
