After checking several of the site supporting retailers and having no luck, I'll throw the question out here.

I have a Benelli Super Nova 12g, and am looking for a mag tube extender. Anyone have a source for one? Looking for as big a one as I can find as I use this for 3 gun competition. Of course, I would also need a longer spring as well.

Thanks in advance

I know TacOrd carries Nordic Components meg extension parts and kits and Nordic definitely has extensions to fit the Nova/Supernova. Pricier than some others, but the quality of Nordic extensions is unrivaled. TacOrd doesn't show any of the mag extensions on their website so you may have to call or email to see what they have in stock and the pricing.

That said, I do believe that S&J Hardware makes their in-house brand extensions for the Supernova as well so it may be worth checking their website out as well.

TacOrd is not really set up as an eCommerce website. You'll need to call or email them to see what they have in stock. Casey is really good about returning emails quickly though; if phoning during regular business hours doesn't work for your schedule.

Ok, thanks. Will try and give them a call tomorrow. I DID get a reply from S&J Hardware, very quickly no less. They do have one that will fit, but only a +3 so I will keep looking. Altho, it seems that is what is available from most vendors so maybe that is the largest that is available.

I just emailed Casey. I bought mine early this summer so I would think they can get you one. Mine currently holds 14 rounds.

for the price of mag extensions tac ord is not taking advantage of the market his prices are right around what it would cost to get from the states. if you think thats pricey just wait for when you want to get short action bars. Hint. i had to buy them from the UK

I'm a newbie to this sport in a lot of ways... actually had to look that up. They're not exactly giving those away, are they? As for his prices, I didn't think they were out of line so much as they were just higher than I wanted to spend.

Yea I run my pump a lot harder and faster than the avg scattergun shooter so until you start to outrun the gun you won't need the fancy expensive action bars. To run a pump in 3gun you will want the highest round count possible. If the tube is too pricey right now I'd save cash and wait until you can get a full +9

Yes, more rounds certainly mean less reloading. My son has a 12g tactical shotgun, and swapping 5rnd mags might be a better alternative, altho I do like the pump gun. It's Ok, I'll think about it long enough and then just order it and be done with it. :)

I went Nordic
