Just picked this baby up this week and so far i couldn't be happier. I thought i'd share. I had a Vinci for few years and was very pleased with it, then I ended up selling it to fund another project but always knew that I'll get another one some time soon. Didn't think it would be this soon though 
I came across a Vinci combo kit on AL Flahertys website that included a 28" field and 18" tactical barreled receivers, one lower receiver, comfortech and pistol grip stocks and two magazine tubes, regular and extended length. The tactical barrel came with sights and a rail, and pistol grip stock came with medium hight comb that I quickly installed on the comforech since I much prefer that stock.
I was already used to 28" Vinci and was not surprised how well it shouldered and how well balanced it felt. The tactical version felt just as good, with shorter barrel, longer mag and comfortech stock it weighs just over 6lb 10oz which is 5oz lighter than the field configurarion. I really like how the gun feels an points, I'm thinking of putting a small red dot on it and maybe figure out a way to mount a light. Also can't wait to go to the range to blast some targets.
I haven't seen many Vinci tactical around , don't see too many reviews either, how do you guys like yours, how is the kick/muzzle blast with the 18" barrel?
