Are the wood stock versions sold out everywhere?
The stock height on the new synthetic versions are reported to be too high to get a comfortable cheek-weld when using the factory irons.

I like multi-pumps because I can dial the power down for in-door practice with the option of full power outdoors.

I've searched the usual sites to no avail.....

Discontinued. Making only the synthetic stock version now. Heard the same re open sights. I've got the wood version, but have the opposite issue. Eyes not what they used to be and had to add scope to shoot it. But then the cheek is low. I'm amazed they didn't redesign with a dovetail and keep the cheek a little lower for the best of both worlds.

It's a shame the wood stock is discontinued.
I really don't want to scope one of these Benjamins because there are reports that the inter-mounts can stress the barrel solder joints.
wolfyW....any issues with your mounts and does the scope get in the way of pumping?

My mount (rail, really) was machined on a "Bridgeport" mill from aluminum, by a family member. Care was taken so the area between the barreI and air tube isnt pinched. I've used it with a rifle scope that didn't have long eye relief. And it really makes it a chore to pump and load. The rail is Weaver style and I just recently used it to mount a dot sight closer to the muzzle. Same could be done with a scout scope and rings. And this does allow the rifle to be pumped normally.
