I was in search of a brake for the B1301T over the last year & never really found anything that was specifically for the 1301T or that had the properties I was looking for, I had come across the Toni systems brake for the 1301C & had always wanted to adapt that brake for the 1301T.

I have a Toni systems brake on my APX combat & it cuts muzzle flip by more than half compared to the standard APX, so I was more than confident that their brake would do the same for the SG.

So I emailed my go to favorite retailer, gunsmith, FA community friend, who has helped me out beyond belief throughout this journey of mine. I forwarded my ideas & thoughts, & through the awesomeess of Tactical Ordinance the SG community now has a brake for the B1301T, I will follow up at the end of next week after a range session.

I am so happy right now, Ty you some much Mr. Brouwer. ♥️🙏

What heat shield are you rocking there? Your 1301 looks phenomenal
Ty y33h4w.

Found it here through my sourcing. They ship to Canada, have ordered several. You can see my comments on their site.

You will also need spacers for the front of the heat shield for the clamp/bolt spacing.

I used these heat resistant rubber gaskets & cut it to fit.

I stacked several together for (required height) then glued them to the inside of the heat shield (top).

You need to modify your handguard to accept the rear tab clamps, as well as their length to clear the action bars.

I still have some changes to make to this set up(temp), Chisel Machine pistol grip adapter, buffer tube adapter, & I am going to test a Magpul PRS Lite stock set up.

I also want to to remove to rear sight, pic rail & have that replaced with a full rail going from the existing Picatinny mounting spot on the 1301 all the way to the Chisel machine pistol grip adapter that will integrate with the optic mount to secure the rear. (1 piece)

Post some photos of the whole build, I’m curious what the whole thing looks like

What do you all think of the PRS stock? Will be using the lite version, just using this as reference.

It feels awesome, well balanced, & solid.

Need to machine off a few rows of threads on the buffer tube that are exposed, so the adapter can slide over the tube & create the flush look at the locking ring.
