beretta 686 stock

Will a stock off a 682 Beretta fit a 686 Beretta are all 680 series stocks interchangeable

It should but how well it fits depends on the age of the 682. Those made before the 682 Gold and the current 682E had slightly wider frames. A stock from a 682 with a wider frame should still fit on a 686 but it will stick out noticeably on both sides of the frame. If the stock is from a 682 Gold or later it should fit perfectly as the frames are the same size as the 686.

Depends on the year, some will but all the grooves won't line up.
When I got a new stock for my 686 I had to do some wood work to make it fit snug.
