I posted the same question under shotgun, nobody seems to know. So here's the question again:

Can 687 stock and forearm be used on 682?

Both new production ie within last 5 yrs. and more specifically 687 Silver Pigeon II furniture on 682 Gold E, is that possible?

All Beretta 68X series use the same receiver so the stock should fit reasonably well. I wouldn't be surprised though if you have to do some minor fitting.

As for the forearm - they should but I'm thinking you will have to use the 687 forearm hardware into the 682 forearm since it was already fitting to the barrel.

Post a question on www.trapshooters.com and you'll get an answer for sure.

The stock will fit. Make sure there is enough clearance in the wood - right behind the safety where the metal meets the grip. Not enough space there and the stock cracks over time (or if tightened too much, after a few wet / dries cycles).

The forearm will most likely have to be adjusted to ensure proper timing on the ejectors. If the forearm fits and the timing is OK, watch the two screws on the forearm for a while as if there is too much pressure on the hardware those may come out slightly - if that happens you know the hardware needs to be adjusted (hopefully fast). You may not notice there is a problem by just opening and closing the action.

Hope this helps
