Anyone out there have a Beretta 694 12g out there that would like to share their experience about this gun? I am considering a sporting with 30” barrels, B-Fast and adjustable comb.

I have and shoot the exact gun you are interested in. Consider it an excellent mid range gun. One thing that was a let down for me was the lack
of a mechanical trigger, I have a full set of tubes and the inertia trigger would not reset with the 28 and 410 tubes. I had the trigger reworked
and is now flawless.
Would I purchase it again? yes, hope this helps, try before you buy if you can as fit is everything.

Have never owned or handled one personally but know two fellows who owned one. One was not happy with his purchase stating the gun was nowhere near the quality of his older 680 series guns and the other bought his with a TKS stock in a sporting clays version and seems to really enjoy the gun and has not had any issues with it. Beretta makes a good o/u so for the price they are hard to beat imo.
A long time owner, shooter and competitor with 680 series Beretta doubles, I bypassed the sometimes problematic 692 and jumped straight into a 694 Sporting as ‘the next great advance’. It was a beautiful gun, worked perfectly, I couldn’t fault it. But I never could shoot it well. I used it exclusively on the range for a year, somehow convincing myself that ‘it’s a Beretta, of course you can shoot it well’, but it never happened. Bottom line, they fit differently than the 680 series guns and after 30+ years shooting the earlier guns I couldn’t adapt. It’s a subtle difference but The 690 series have a wider receiver and a slightly wider forend and buttstock which gives them a different feel, chubbier, not as lithe. Some may prefer this, especially those converting from Citoris, but I couldn’t get used to this difference and sold the gun.

It's an ISSF competition grade shotgun. While you don't see the 694 in the finals as often as you do the DT-11, you still will find a good number of people using a 694 especially in the Women's and also both men and women in the Juniors. The 694 is one of the most common shotguns at my shotgun shooting club.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts. I sealed a deal on a 694 32” and have shot it a couple times. I had a gun fitting done and I want to say initially it seems to improve my shooting. Not sure if it’s the small differences in this gun over my 692 but so far I do like it. Will post again in a month to see if I am back to my old habits!

Hello, here is an update on the fitting. We added an adjustable butt plate for max adjustability. The comb required a slight adjustment but the largest move was done with the butt pad. The smith indicated the adj comb is nice but feels the butt pad adj is more bang for the buck. So now I just need to get my brain to stop freaking out when a score card comes into play!

It’s nice that you gun is working out well but why is your brain freaking out when there’s a score card involved?
If you never keep score when you practice or shoot informally then a tournament where there is a score card involved can tend to get into your head. One way to get over this is to keep score when shooting informally and place a small wager with your buddies, say a tooney or 5 bucks and obviously incorporate your handicaps so that everyone is equal. When you get used to that then the pressure in a registered tournament becomes much easier to bear.
Another thing a lot of shooters do is just don’t look at your score. By all means check to see the scorer put the correct score on your card for each station but don’t keep looking at the total until the shoot is over, that way you don’t know if you should be worried about your score or not.
Tournaments are supposed to be fun but like golf, clay target shooters often beat themselves up during the round and that ceases to be fun after a while

I have 690 32" with adjustable comb. I had it fitted and it shoots excellent for me. Beautiful gun, highly recommended. It has well over 10000 shells through it with no issues.
