Iam thinking of getting a Beretta 90Two the one in 40 SW anyone have any input on them, Ive never handled one and any pictures Ive seen make the frame look plastic like the Glocks, I had a Brigadier and thought it was great how would the newer type compare?

If you liked the Brigadier and like the new look go for it!

The frame on the 90two is alloy just like on the regular 92, only the grips are wraparound plastic, and you can get a smaller grip on it.

While looking for more info on this gun I thought I saw on another web site that the trigger is plastic, I cant find if there's any truth to that, what, Iam looking for a new IPSC gun cause Iam thinking of switching back to Production from Standard, so Iam kinda stuck between the older Brigadier ( which I had really good luck with in the past ) or going with the newer unproven gun.

I work pt @ one of the ranges in Edmt. We have a 90-two in 9mm. The gun doesn't jam. Seems very accurate. Gets lots of positive remarks from users. The only negative, IMHO, is the mag release. It's on the right side of the grip. Sorta awkward for right handed use. Might be able to change. Not sure. Other than that, seems like a good gun.

you can switch it around. they come with the mag release on the left side. sweet gun with many small, but significant upgrades to the 92.

that is making my decision i little easier for my first 9mm firearm any other comment on it?

nothing with live ammunition yet, but the accessory rail is a nice added bonus. next purchase will be an inox beretta 92 so then ill have something to compare to but so far this is my first beretta but still love everything about it. it came with this little blue double cup thingy, not sure what it is but might be an autheticator type thing like oakley does with its glasses (metal coin)

Beretta 90 Two

I am also looking for one in 40 S/W lots of Nines around but everyone in Canada is sold out of 40,s Stoeger the one and only Distributor for Beretta in Canada Whitby Ontario can,t answer when they are getting more in Beretta is smart no Customer Service Email address on the International Website I went as far to send Beretta a letter so I am waiting for a reply to find out when more will be sent to Canada

I like all the improvements like the changeable grips I have a Walther P99 same deal in 40 short barrel thought thats why I want this Beretta in a full size 40 I collect War Time p38,s and the Beretta is designed after the Battle Proven p38 with the top eject prevents jamming ,locking block and out of battery safety all well proven design don,t you hate when you want something and can,t get it.

I see a few of you shoot Beretta 92 I also beleive the FS was issued to the American Military as the standard Pistol must be good.
