Is the grip size the same. I have small hands but I handled a new 92FS and wasn’t bad for me. In the 92A1 same size?
What u guys think of the 92A1
Bingo. I wanted a 92fs. I found the grips were a little to big. So I bought a 90-two and threw on the slim grips and am now happier than a pig in sheit. I've never had any problems with it being slippery.Another gun is the 90Two (not to be confused with the 92fs series). You can purchase the slim grip from brownells and it's vertec style, but it's an overall polymer material that some believe is a little slippery. That gun is very similar to the 92a1 (rail, buffer, etc).
Grip size is the same. The difference is mostly with rail or without.
Whoa, stupid looking round trigger guard? Them's fightin' words!
That's a nod to the earlier series of Beretta pistols, including the classy 92SB, which I myself am a fan of the look. Especially in today's day and age where the index finger of our support hand is supposed to go below the trigger guard (as opposed on top of it like I was taught years ago), a round trigger guard is actually quite practical in my view. It doesn't snag on certain holsters.
Alright. Practice 50 rounds and you will be forgiven.
And to your comment about the factory dovetail on the 92A1, I am currently paying to have the slide on my 92FS milled to accept aftermarket sights, an additional cost that now in retrospect makes the A1 more appealing. Although I am of the opinion that the rail looks weird myself, I don't even like the angled dust cover on the newer FS models...

Thanks for that , I might have to dust off the 92fs and bring her out to play again , 2 more questions , Did you have to supply the replacement sights and what was the turn around time like for yours , understanding that it will very , depending how busy he is ?Barry at Bits of Pieces in Delta BC
