beretta 92fs vertec.

I finally got myself a Beretta 92FS and i do like the gun quite a bit. But another breed of the 92 has caught my eye, the 92 Vertec. Anyone know how rare these guns are? And will the frames accept standard 92 slides? I would not mid a slim grip 92with a standard slide.

I did it the other way round. All full size 92fs uppers and lower should be interchangeable. Check out my thread if you want.

Vertecs haven't been made since for number of years now so might be hard finding one will have to be used for sure tho. but they come up on EE once in a while.

Both my 9mm and 40 S&W vertecs are fully interchangable (Ie slides and mags ) with my 9mm 92FS

Disclaimer: I have not fired them in that configuration though.
