I have been trying to find information pertaining to my "Beretta 92G Elite 1A" with the Vertec grip, blackened stainless barrel and Brigadier G slide with front serrations but can't seem to locate much online.
I'm trying to find the year(s) of production and approximately how many were produced. I understand that mine was produced around 2004 but beyond that I have no other info.
Any info would be appreciated.

Feels great in the hand also.
It's in like new condition. Other then the factory test fire I don't believe it's ever had another round through it.

You've got a really nice Beretta there. Elites are relatively rare and go for big bucks in the U.S., but they are cheaper up here. Check out the Beretta forum, I'm sure you can find the info you are looking for there.

Thanks Clobbersaurus, I never thought to check "Beretta forum" in the search engine. Will definitely check that out.

I don't see too many of them now but Beretta guys are certainly familiar with this model. Beretta made Elite 1 and later Elite II models, both long discontinued. they stopped making a lot of good versions of the 92 for some reason (cost probably). Unfortunately even though it hasn't been made in a while you probably could get more for it 10 years ago than now...some guns including Beretta's came down in price in Canada quite a bit! I paid $1050+tax for my 92Inox back in '05 and that was the best price in Canada haha now you you can find one for $850-900? and used (black) 92's go for 550-600 on EE. So it would hard getting double that since there aren't as many Beretta collectors out there in Canada. I'd price it at 995 shipped and go from there...

I could never get used to my Elite 1A, I need the bump on the backstrap to use a Beretta. But for those that like the Vertec's they are a great gun. Beretta Forum has a ton of info on it about these guns.
